Dr. Jen Nelson, DC

Dr. Jen is a licensed chiropractor with a passion to help people have a pain-free, healthy and energetic body that allows them to enjoy their life. Having been a gymnast and athlete in several sports since she was very young, injury and pain is something she knows a lot about. Prior to attending chiropractic school, Dr. Jen spent four years training as a physical therapy aid where she learned both land and water-based exercises. She has since added other specialized knowledge, training and certifications that help her support her patients not only with pain and movement, but also proper nutrition and lifestyle habits. By combining relevant personalized care and education with small adjustments to daily movements and habits, Dr. Jen is able to create a pain-free, more resilient human.
